Tilbury Times Staff

A Tilbury man is asking his fellow residents to help him donate Street Help Windsor.
“They are in desperate need of cold weather sleeping bags and food,” Tilbury resident Gerry Harvieux said in a Facebook post.

Several people have already dropped off coats, gloves, hats, and warm socks.

“Man, I LOVE this town!” Gerry added.

Suggested donations are:
Coats/hats/gloves or boots in good or used condition
Cold weather sleeping bags
Tim Hortons’ gift cards in denominations of $5 or $10.

Street Help Windsor is feeding approximately 400 people a day. Donations can be dropped off at 12.5 Vanier Drive, Tilbury, Ontario before 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.
