Provincial dignitaries gathered in Ridgetown to mark the completion of a $49-million provincial investment to boost access to high-speed Internet in the region. Celebrating the win are Northern Frontenac Telephone Company vice-president Grant Roughly; Minister of Agriculture Trevor Jones; Associate Minister of Energy-Intensive Industries Sam Oosterhoff; Lambton-Kent-Middlesex MPP Steve Pinsonneault; Dr. Rene Van Acker, president and vice-chancellor, University of Guelph; and Chatham-Kent Mayor Darrin Canniff.
