This year’s event will feature 28 artists and five galleries, offering a unique opportunity to explore the creative spaces of local artists across the region.
The self-guided tour is scheduled for September 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and September 29th from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Participants can pick up brochures at the Art and Heirloom Shoppe, located at 137 King Street West in Chatham, or The Studio Gallery, located at 159 Brown Street in Dresden.
For many artists in Chatham-Kent, the Art Studio Tour is a highlight of the year. They spend much time preparing unique art pieces that will be available for purchase during the event.
This tour offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy a leisurely drive through Chatham-Kent’s charming towns and scenic farmlands while visiting local artists’ studios. Visitors can meet the artists, learn about their creative processes, and explore a variety of affordable original works.
